Location is top. View from balcony is over the lake and amazing. Room design was great, like an apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful.

- check in was very flexible (we arrived at around 11pm from our flight and was able to check in really smoothly) - extremely accommodating staff, literally went above and beyond. (we checked out but wanted to go to the rooftop for lunch, they immediately said they can take care of our bags and gave us recommendations on the food) - very clean - so spacious - kitchen came with a lot of utensils and bowls - the view was amazing - the restaurant on the rooftop is amazing ! great food and drinks

The accommodation was very practical for group travellers. The amenities provided were very practical and useful for us. The rooms are modernly design and very clean. The location of the hotel is near to city center. Staffs are helpful and quite accommodating.

Great price for a 2 room suite. great location of renting motorcycles from Tigit. Clean and comfortable. Balcony is great. The bar and restaurant on the roof is fantastic as is the food. 2nd time staying here.

Breakfast was limited, but was very good. Omlettes, noodles etc... with yoghurts, bananas and juices or coffee. Service was very good.

the property is surprisingly good value for money. the pace is very modern, clean, got everything that we need. the bed is very comfy and the pillows were the best we have got. breakfast is simple but that was all we needed amazing lake view, the restaurant upstairs is also nice with beautiful lake view. The staff made a mistake with our booking and didn’t have 2br for us. but in exchange we got the lovely lake view from the 1br.

Booked this very last minute after a disastrous airbnb check-in and I’m kind of glad it didn’t work out now!! The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. The facilities in the room were top notch, had everything you could ever need! The staff were so lovely, happy, friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thankyou very much

The hotel provided the early access as we were tired because of the full night flight. They didn't have the room which we booked. So they upgraded the room for our comfort without any extra charges. The hotel staff is too polite and very supportive. The hotel is fully recommended.
